Well, my parents let me watch this weeks episode :). I'm very, very happy.
I liked how we saw a lot of both sides of Ahsoka's personality in this episode. On one hand, she was rolling her eyes and thought Tarkin was a jerk and an idiot (which he is.) On the other, we saw the softer side of her when Master Piell died. And of course, I loved that Ahsoka had a very big role in this episode. Though we didn't actually see a lot of action from her, her role was very important. I was, however, shouting at the TV when she saved Tarkin. "DON'T DO THAT, HE'S EVIL!" I said repeatedly. :S. And--though this isn't Ahsoka-related--I'm sure I'm not the only one who was a little creeped out with Anakin agreeing with Tarkin at the end? Oh well. Overall, this episode was really good and had some really funny bits, which in my opinion is one of the factors that makes the show great.

I loved this episode and was really shocked when Even Piell died. Its a bit ironic that Sobeck was about to save Alderan by killing Tarkin.

I LOVE THIS EPISODE!!!!!! It was so sad when Master Piell died -sniff sniff- but at least he gave the information to Ahsoka!! :D
ReplyDeleteI also loved the end when Anakin asked Plo if he really did assign Ahsoka to the mission. Ahsoka looks like she's thinking "im busted" but then plo's like "it appears i did" that was so funny. Plo is just nice like that, isn't he? ;) :D
(ABF--Yoda) (im lazy) oh my gosh you're right... by saving tarkin it kills alderan in the future. and... it's all ahsoka's fault :S -gulp-

Did anyone else notice the slight Imperial March music when Anakin and Tarkin shook hands? Oh, and I like Ahsoka more now, because she hates Tarkin as much as I do!(Although probably not quite, she liked him enough to save him.) X(
ReplyDeleteI guess that we have finally seen the best of Ahsoka in the entire series. Now we can say that she is a real heroine. I mean, she killed the antagonist of the arc, Obi Sosbeck and saved the mission by receiving the coordinates from Even Piell.

I am so HAPPY that Osi Sobeck is DEAD! And by Ahsoka's 'saber! But thanks for pointing that out: Alderaan blew up because of Ahsoka! I almost cried when Even Piell was dying. starwarsartist: I did notice the Imperial March when they shook hands...it's the beginning of a good (yet bad) friendship.

ReplyDelete(ABF--Yoda) oh btw yeah you aren't the only one who thinks it's creepy when anakin agrees with tarkin. even in one of the other episodes, Ahsoka thinks Tarkin is a jerk (she doesn't literally say that but you can tell she's thinking it :D) but Anakin agrees with him, and she's all like :O or like "what?!"
ReplyDelete(ABF--Yoda) you know what always makes me almost cry (like really almost)? when the father dies in Ghosts of Mortis. I can't watch it without wanting to burst out in tears. :'( and he isn't even one of my favorite characters. :P

ReplyDeleteHi everyone! I can't believe they killed Even! He was so cool! And he was killed by a "dog"! That made me sad/mad. I wish they had let him and Echo live.:( At least as you all pointed out Ahsoka had a big role! I loved the end where Plo covered for 'Soka.:) And now I have a new favorite Ahsoka quote-"That's ridiculous!":D I do not like Tarkin!! It is scary to see how much closer Anakin is getting to being Vader in such a short time. I hope they won't let this effect the number of seasons they are making! Well, may the force be with you all! @ABF--Yoda-I read the rest of a Not-So-Normal-Week-2! I was laughing so hard! It was just what I needed to cheer me up after the deaths of Echo and Even. I can't wait for Not-So-Normal-Week-3!!:)

i don't know what it is with these episodes that make me want to yell at the tv. i always watch the eps on dvd when they come out. i still yell though.
